Svetlana Kaminskaya
Born in 1961. Works in different genres (still-life paintings, landscapes, portrait) and uses different techniques (oil, water color). Her favorite themes are floral compositions and landscapes. Graduated in 1985 from the Nekrasov State Pedagogical Universityin Kostroma(Art & Graphics Department). From 2001 to 2006 worked as a local newspaper correspondent withthe Vladimir Gazette.She wrote more than 50 feature articles, as well as catalogue and album introductory chapters. Founder of the Kovrov Children Art School which currently is thecity’s largest educational and exposition center.Svetlana Kaminskaya participates in numerous art shows at different levels since 2001.
